Direction Guide for Cossidia Skin Care System

   It is very important to note that in ALL cases the Cossidia Dual Essence products are to be massaged into freshly cleaned skin for a minimum of 1 to 2 minutes to activate the enzymes and amino acids in the product.

  The products are most effective when used just after a shower, bath, or after cleansing the skin with warm water. This allows for maximum absorption.

  Whenever using both the Rejuvenating Capsules and the Scar Formula Serum, the capsules are always used first and allowed to completely and deeply absorb through all layers of skin tissue (a minimum of 5 minutes), before following with the serum. 

  The Scar Formula Serum acts like a barrier. It does not absorb through all layers of the skin and will prevent the Rejuvenating Capsule from completely absorbing if it is used after the Scar Formula Serum.

  Because the Scar Formula Serum is a very aggressive exfoliant, it should not be used as an overall face application.  When treating a scar on the face, use the Skin Essence Solution ONLY ON THE SCAR ITSELF, NOT on the entire face area.

 Wrinkles, Facial applications and Night Cream:

Use the Rejuvenating Capsule for wrinkles or overall skin care.  Lightly massage using upward strokes or pat the contents into the skin for a minimum of 1 to 2 minutes.  When used as a night cream, the Rejuvenating Capsule is the only thing you will need to use on facial skin, including the eye and neck areas, for maximum benefits.

*For smoothing skin on arms, chest, abdomen, hands or other areas of the body, use the Scar Formula Serum.

Scars:

For Facial scars use the Rejuvenating Capsule, massage lightly into skin of entire face for 1 to 2 minutes, wait a minimum of 5 minutes, then apply the Scar Formula Serum on the scar only, not on entire face, and massage scar lightly for 1 to 2 minutes. 

For scars on the body, use the Scar Formula Serum.  Massage the solution into the skin for 1 to 2 minutes.  Use after a shower, bath or cleansing the area with warm water.  Rejuvenating Capsule can be used on body scars to enhance the growth of new skin cells, if used prior to the Scar Formula Serum.

Burns:

For severe deep burn scars such as 3^rd degree burns, use only the Scar Formula Serum for the first 30 days to get maximum exfoliation of the scar area.  After the first 30-day period, lightly massage contents of the Rejuvenating Capsule into the skin. Allow contents to remain on the skin for a minimum of 5 minutes, then apply the Scar Formula Serum and massage over older scars or gently pat on new scars thoroughly for 1 to 2 minutes for maximum benefits.  Use after a shower, bath or cleansing the area with warm water. 

Cellulite:

Apply the Rejuvenating Capsule to freshly cleaned skin, briskly massage into skin for 1 to 2 minutes. Wait for 5 minutes and apply the Scar Formula Serum, massage briskly into the skin for 1 to 2 minutes.  Use after a shower, bath or cleansing the area with warm water. 

Psoriases and Eczema:

Apply the Rejuvenating Capsule to freshly cleaned skin, lightly massage into skin for 1 to 2 minutes. Wait 5 minutes and apply the Scar Formula Serum, lightly massage into the skin thoroughly for 1 to 2 minutes.  Use after a shower, bath or cleansing the area with warm water.

*For severe conditions, use the Scar Formula Serum by itself for the first 30 days to exfoliate and deep cleanse the area.

Stretch Marks:

Apply the Rejuvenating Capsule to freshly cleaned skin, massage into skin thoroughly for 1 to 2 minutes. Wait for 5 minutes and apply the Scar Formula Serum, massage thoroughly into the skin for 1 to 2 minutes.  Use after a shower, bath or cleansing the area with warm water.

Acne:

General Acne: Apply Scar Formula Serum to freshly cleaned skin, massage into skin for 1 to 2 minutes.

Systemic or Severe Acne: Apply Rejuvenating Capsule, massage lightly into skin. Wait 5 minutes and apply the Scar Formula Serum, massage lightly into skin for 1 to 2 minutes. 

Acne on the face: Use the Scar Formula Serum only on the acne itself, not on the entire face.

What kind of results should I expect from using the Cossidia Skin Repair System and how long will it be before I see them?

The Cossidia Dual Essence system repairs the skin cell-by-cell.  It is important to note that it will take several months to achieve the results you are looking for.  The actual skin cells must regenerate through many different and distinct skin cell layers for you to see changes in your condition.  When you cut, or burn yourself, it does not heal overnight, it takes time for new cells to grow and replace the damaged cells from your injury.  When we are working with burns, stretch marks, scars or other damaged skin, the process is longer. The growth pattern of the skin must be repaired before healthy skin cells can take their place.  This process takes time. 

The first results will be noticeable within the first 10 days to two weeks. They will include a softening of the skin around the problem area.  When you use the Cossidia Skin Repair System as your daily skin care, you will notice a smoother and softer texture to facial skin within just a few days. 

The actual visible changes in scars, burns and other skin conditions will be happening each and every day, but they will most likely not be visible to the naked eye.  It takes millions of cells to regenerate the layers of skin necessary for you to see the results.  Therefore, expect small incremental changes week to week.  It usually takes anywhere from 3 to 6 months, depending on the age and depth of the scar to reach the most beneficial results.
